Celebrating the 11th Annual Insurance Careers Month: Exploring Purpose-Driven Careers in Property and Casualty Insurance
The Casualty Actuarial Society (CAS) is proud to join the global insurance community in celebrating the 11th annual Insurance Careers Month (ICM) this February. This annual campaign highlights the diverse, dynamic, and impactful career paths available across the insurance and risk management industry — including actuarial science.
ICM is a grassroots initiative powered by the Insurance Careers Movement, with the mission to inspire and cultivate the next generation of talented professionals. As part of this campaign, we will be spotlighting CAS members and candidates who work in property and casualty (P&C) insurance, covering a broad range of roles and areas of expertise. We appreciate all CAS members who are willing to be featured and share their insights.
We will also be posting on our social media channels throughout the month based on the following weekly themes:
• February 2 – 6: Future-Ready Careers
• February 9 – 13: Tech & Talent
• February 16 – 20: Purpose & Performance
• February 23 – 27: Pathways & Possibilities
If you are a member of the CAS who is interested in being featured as part of ICM, please contact Meredith Burke, Student Engagement Coordinator, at MBurke@casact.org.
Follow CAS Student Central on LinkedIn over the next month for profiles and stories that celebrate P&C actuarial careers and the community behind insurance. Use the official campaign tags — #InsuranceCareersMonth and #ICM2026 — to share your experiences and connect with peers across the industry.
